All software is implemented on a single server that seamlessly integrates into your existing network using popular TCP/IP protocols. 

Access to all applications is from existing PC's using popular terminal emulation software.

Scheduling Suite - File system and tools to create, edit and process trips, nodes, runs and comments.  Automated tasks include trip generation, merging files and runcutting.  Reports include headway sheets, operator paddles and operator pay sheets.  Data collection using handheld units for load and ride checks.  Data analysis for collected data comparing scheduled to actual times.

Operations Suite - Real time Signups, including run rostering with assignment of days off, renumbering of Saturday/Sunday runs and relief block creation.  Operator dispatching matches open work to available operators, and includes reports for overtime, regular day off, absence abuse and holddowns.  Historical and future work assignments available online.

Customer Information - Telephone information center display of trips and stops, with an interface to dispatching to display missed trips due to runs not out, and an interface to central control log for special events calendar.  Interactive voice response provides schedule information to touchtone telephone callers.  Public timetables are available, as is an interface to TranStar trip planning software.  Operator complaints and commendations application organizes letters and meetings, and tracks details.

We started our business in 1999 in Northern California where our main office is located.  We expanded into New York in 2006 with a satellite office.  We provide onsite support as needed for initial setup and configuration and then utilize remote access to provide very quick response to any issues or desired improvements.
